• Where is the store based?

  Sure! It will just take a little bit longer based ln where it's going!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Why does my keychain/charm/pin look cloudy or have bubbles on the surface?

  That is because the printing service has a film over the pieces so they don't get dinged up or get scratches in shipment. I don't remove the film for the same reason, and when you receive the item, don't forget to remove the film!
